Windows comatibility list (win32), here tests for version 1.7.1

Windows 2000 (w2k): 		server test okay (but no xdebug support)
Windows Server 2003 R2: 	server test okay (but no xdebug support)
Windows XP Service Pack 2: 	server test okay
Windows XP Service Pack 3: 	server test okay
VISTA Ultimate: 		server test okay (but no xdebug support)

NO (!!!) Win98Se support anymore (only apache seems okay, but NO mysql support)


Test cases (only basics):

1) Start Apache/MysQL/Mercury manually
2) Install and uninstall Apache/MysQL/FileZilla FTPD as service (not for win98 derivates)
4) phpmyadmin ad hoc test
5) xampp example test
