Gästebücher sind cool und auch wir wollten eins haben. Bei der Entwicklung unseres
Gästebuchs ist mir aufgefallen, dass bestehende Web-Gästebücher neben dem eigentlichen
Text mindestens noch nach einem Namen fragen, evtl.
noch nach einer E-Mail-Adresse und evtl. sogar noch nach einer Überschrift.
Gästebücher in der realen Welt tun das nicht. Sie bieten nur leere Seiten und Platz
um seine Nachricht an die folgende Öffentlichkeit zu hinterlassen. Man stelle sich
mal ein reales Gästebuch in Formularform vor... *kopfschüttel*
Die Folge dieser Gedanken ist dieses Gästebuch. Es bietet also einfach nur Platz an. Keine Formulare, keine Vorgaben
und somit freie Bahn für die eigene Kreativität.
Was und wie jemand schreibt ist ganz alleine sein (oder ihr) Ding. Bitte also nicht vergessen auch
sowas wie seinen Namen anzugeben. ;)
PS: HTML wird nicht erlaubt! ;)
PPS: Ganz alte Gästebucheinträge findet ihr hier. (Absichtlich - als Konserve - noch im alten
Design.)

Correct punctuation in this reply * reminds us the accuracy of syntax is all important in software prep where the placement of just one character can make or break a program ... suggesting apachefriends authors dot all their i's and cross all their t's in the right places. Hi there. I am hoping to set up a server for a DRUPAL web development project and getting all the component parts running sounded like a real nightmare. I am going ahead because I have found XAMPP. I think it is a great idea and I will join the forum and see if I can be of any help.

Well the only thing that I need to say is that XAMPP is the best application in the world that was developed... this is the most useful and user friendly application that helps many people to do their jobs... this is the most enhanced program that was used for learning, and not just that I was amazed to see that this little program such as this, is supported by many OSs, Mac OSX (beta phase, I do hope that final version will be available soon...), Linux version(I do use that OS too...), Solaris, Windows and others... I really love this application! THANK YOU GUYS!!! Keep a good job and best regards from Croatia! :)

I found some problem with enum data type in phpmyadmin.
Suppose enum type is defined as ('0','1','2','3','4','5') for rate field in a table tbl_test.
so when i run the query as
select sum(rate) from tbl_test it returns incorrect result.
