Eu decidi fazer uma forma bem simples de livro de visitas. Com apenas uma área de texto e nada de campos desnecessários como endereço de e-mail, nome, ou url. Simples como um livro de visitas do mundo real.
E assim como um livro de visitas do mundo real: não são permitidas tags HTML.
Uma mensagem para spammers de livro de visitas: As URLs deste livro de visitas serão automaticamente removidas.

This is cool stuff! Using it to test my websites before I upload onto my webhosts servers. Works great. Easy to configure. Easy to addon modules, extensions etc. Saves me a whole of a lot of time compared to using the default Apache server on Mac OS X Leopard. Whenever I'm in Zimbabwe the internet access may as well be non-existent so I needed an easy, time-saving way to test my sites. XAMPP is it.

I don't know where you dug up that version of phpmyadmin, but, when something is about twice the width of the screen, it is pretty well unusable as far as I am concerned.
