I decided to make a very simple form of guest book. With only one text area and no more
crap like fields for your email address, name or home page url. Just simple and plain as a real world guest book.
And also like a real guest book: HTML input is not allowed.
And a message to all guest book spammers: URLs in this guest book were automatically removed.
This is only a guest book. If you've questions or need support: Please visit our forum. We don't answer any questions here.
And please, for your own happiness: Don't leave your e-mail addresses in a public guest book. Spammers will love you.
I have download a script, but he sayd that i need Zend Optimizer, so install that, but the message does't go away...
Even when i restart the webserver. I try serival versions of Zend Optimizer but nothing works...
Please help!

I had tried Apache installation many times was not successful, so I had dropped the idea of using Apache, I found XAMPP, through Google, before running XAMPP, I was not sure whether, it would really work, but after running apache successfully I would say XAMPP, rocks

Hi there, xampplite is a very very usefull tool for beginners like me who want to learn some php+mysql coding or pro codders who want to take thier server whenever they go. Since I'm using it from my pendrive i would be very interrested in even lighter version of xampp, just mysql+php, without all addons and help files. It's great to have you !

I have been using xampp for about a year... I can't even think how many hours of work it has saved me by the easy of installation. I would love to be able to create my own key for the ssl piece. Other than that, hey... what else can you ask from an Open Source anyway... Thanks so much!

Xampp is brilliant on Windows hosts. Kudos and hats off to you guys. But there is this one thing I don't understand: Why have a totally open (security wise) PHP ini file? Certain options, like having register_globals ON, in the default ini file just paves the way to horrible PHP code.
Other than that: bang on. I've used it for PHP development ever since wampp2 went away.

I tried other package before , maybe 2 years ago and i forgot the name.. so i was in Sourceforge and i ´ve look for a apache+mysql and voila.
you were with the biggest ammunt of downloads, so i try it and is unbelieble how easy is to work with.
Now i just install some applications in minutes and all work perfect, a groß gratuliert!

After a failure in my windows system I reinstalled the OS but the xampp directory was in other hd partition and now I can't delete the xampp\php\pear\tests\PHP_Compat\tests\function directory (either the root tree)... I tried all, nothing works. If I click on the "function" directory I get and advice like: the hd hasn't format...
Please help me...
