Frage an die Xampp devs: können wir in einer zukünftigen Version pthreads haben? Um das Feature zu nutzen musste ich eine eigene PHP installation in Xampp integrieren - wenig "aufregend"

Leider geht die PECL extension mit dem XAMPP PHP nicht, da ein benötigtes Compile flag fehlt. siehe http://php.net/manual/en/pthreads.installation.php

XAMPP integriert zur Zeit die offiziellen PHP binaries von php.net, statt ein eigenes Kompilat.

können wir in einer zukünftigen Version pthreads haben?

Sehe ich kritisch, da selbst php.net schreibt:

Caution
pthreads was, and is, an experiment with pretty good results. Any of its limitations or features may change at any time; that is the nature of experimentation. It's limitations - often imposed by the implementation - exist for good reason; the aim of pthreads is to provide a useable solution to multi-tasking in PHP at any level. In the environment which pthreads executes, some restrictions and limitations are necessary in order to provide a stable environment.

(Dies ist aber meine ganz persönliche Meinung und lässt keine Rückschlüsse auf die Meinung der XAMPP Entwickler zu)
