Access phpmyadmin outside of localhost [Solved]

Hi, i have a ssh server with xampp, but i can't access the phpmyadmin, look: http://199.168.136.162/phpmyadmin/
i modify the httpd-xampp.conf, but i steel cant access.
Can anybody help me?

Why don't you post the entries you gave in httpd-xampp.conf?
