I am trying to access a secured site through SOAP. But getting the following error

Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

I have fixed this problem on Windows following the instruction given http://www.leoganda.net/how-to-enable-xampp-ssl-socket-transport/. But I need to do it on linux.
