. i would like to know how to begin and mastering php. i installed the xampp 143 and necessary patch. after doing the start.html open. i click the english link and nothing happens "the page cannot be displayed".
i'm using duron 1.1 ghz and pentum 3 550. my os is windows me.
01.) is there a step by step manual for newbies and dummies who wants to start learning and mastering php?
02.) is there any configuration do i need to do after the installation of xmapp 143.exe?
