XAMPP-portabe and Dreamweaver

Hello
Is there anyway to set up xampp-portable to work with Dreamweaver to see LIVE PHP? Dreamweaver keeps requesting a SETUP for the Server information in Site Manager. I get green check marks for the fields in the Advanced Area of the Site Manager except for "Web URL" . Any suggestion?
