question for xampp and openssl

hello..i have xampp version 1.7.7 and i want to install joomla..first i install xampp all good..after this i want to install openssl.
do you someboby if xampp include openssl? if yes(include) where is it?it need i do anything?if no(include) i download a grogramm(openssl) but i don't know how it use..

XAMPP already comes with OpenSSL included and activated.
