Mailtodisk is not Working

Mailtodisk does not work. I can send emails using thunderbird and the emails get sent to the addresses, but mail2disk which is the default setting does not work. What do I need to do to get mail2disk working? I do not get mail in the output folder. I am using the new control panel I think.

I am using Windows 7 64 Bit Home Professional. Even when I deactivated my account settings, it still would not work.

I had the same problem, then I found that mailtodisk delivers to c:\xampp\apache\mailoutput instead of c:\xampp\mailoutput. Always to the current directory when it is called. Isn't there a command line parameter to set this?

hello jpb1991 and xigi, I am having exact same problem:
1: i can receive/send emails using thunderbird to external email address.
2: when I log in xampp home page, click on tool\mail . i try to send email to my email address, i got a msg - "mailtodisk.exe - no disk" , i can never get a email in my thunderbird account.

does any one figure out a solution?

Found out that mails are sent to "C:\xampp\tmp\mailoutput"
