Yes Finally, I Downloaded [XAMPP] because i need to make an Login Page Using HELP =)) But The Problem is
http://localhost/ i can't open it! it's shows Invalid Address [Wrong Webhost] who want to help pls help me

is there a .htaccess file? rename it and check your script, may be also a redirection in index.htm or index.php
- a terribble error description - how to now what you've done, which programming language ...

never use http://localhost for such tests, make a subfolder like test and call your script by http://localhost/test/
