New version of XAMPP for Windows (1.4.16) + new Perl Addon

XAMPP for Windows has finally appeared! Some new software is inside: PHP 5.0.5 and MySQL 4.1.14. And much more. Thanks Carsten Wiedmann for your great compilations like PHP and MySQL!

The new Perl Addon contains Perl 5.8.7 and mod_perl 2.0.1. And many further cpan or ppm packages.
This Addon could be the extensive Perl package till now. Unfortunately also very big ...
