If you are having problems running XAMPP, we will happily try our best
to help you. However, please understand that this is not a commercial
product; we develop this project in our spare time simply for the joy
of working on it. This forum is the right place for you if you have any questions about
XAMPP, Apache, MySQL, PHP, Perl, and so on.
A small warning: Nearly everything in our forum is in German but
you'll find an "Apache Friends in English" section. Most German people
will understand you and will be more or less able to answer in
English. You're absolutely welcome! ;) (BTW you can also view the
forums using Babelfish which can
produce mixed results, but might give you the break through you need
to get the problem sorted.)
And of course, thanks to the developers of phpBB for such a great
software.
 Apache Friends Chat
KriS has set up an IRC channel to support XAMPP. In order to access
the channel, you will need an IRC client. If you are a Windows
user you should download mIRC otherwise if you prefer
not to install any additional software you can use the Java client provided by DJ DHG.
The access information is as follows:
Server: irc.apachefriends.org
Port: 6667
Channel: #Apachefriends
